We are seeking a Financial Analyst / Data Protection Officer to join our growing team. This dual role is ideal for a professional who excels in financial analysis and modelling, while ensuring that our client data and business operations adhere to relevant data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis (Primary)
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical reports to support client projects and business decisions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate financial performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with consultants and senior management to deliver insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Support budgeting, pricing, and profitability analysis for consulting projects.
Data Protection and Compliance (Secondary)
• Act as the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on data protection best practices.
• Conduct periodic data audits and risk assessments to ensure secure handling of client and employee data.
• Serve as the point of contact for data protection authorities and respond to any data-related incidents or requests.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification is an advantage).
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role within consulting, financial services, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles; prior DPO or compliance experience is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools; knowledge of Power BI or similar software is a plus.
